How long does the ADOS-2 assessment take?The ADOS-2 assessment typically takes approximately one hour to complete. However, the total time may vary depending on the individual's needs and specific circumstances.

Do you provide a full autism diagnosis?While the ADOS-2 is a crucial component for an autism diagnosis, our office does not provide a full diagnosis. We conduct the ADOS-2 assessment and send the results to your healthcare provider, who will complete the comprehensive diagnosis.

Do you accept insurance for your services?To provide optimal service and minimize wait times, we do not accept insurance, super bills, or health savings accounts. Our prices are approximately half of what insurance typically charges. Additionally, we offer flexible payment plans for the ADOS-2 assessment to accommodate our clients' financial needs.

What are the qualifications of the ADOS-2 administrator?To undergo ADOS-2 training, a minimum of a master's or doctoral degree is required. Our ADOS-2 administrator holds a master's degree in special education with a focus on low incidence disabilities, is a certified autism specialist, a board-certified behavioral analyst, and holds an ADOS-2 certification from Cornell Medical.

At Lawrence Autism Diagnostics & Family Services, we believe in empowering families through knowledge and understanding. Resources are scarce for the neurodivergent community, and the waitlist for these resources can be astounding. Working with certified autism specialists, board-certified behavioral analysts, and real-life parents of children with autism, among other neurodivergent diagnoses, we have created a place for not just assessments, but for adults seeking answers, caregivers seeking peace, and advocates seeking education.

Youth age 7 & Up ADOS 2 Autism Assessment
The ADOS-2 diagnostic tool is the current gold standard in autism assessment. The results of this assessment go to your provider to complete the autism diagnosis. Please note-we provide the ADOS 2 assessment, not a full diagnosis.

Caregiver Virtual Workshop
Join us as we tackle real-life issues in the neurodivergent community, from mastering IEPs to transitions and tantrums, to how do we feel like ourselves again post-diagnosis. This highly rated 4-week series is educational and therapeutic.
